Germaine has a diverse, 10 year administrative management background that has taken her from New Jersey to Boston to Chicago. Past experiences include work as a Patient Care Coordinator for Massachusetts General Hospital in Internal Medicine, an administrative assistant for Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation in their Cardiology Dept, and as the CEO’s Executive Assistant for Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honeybrook, PA. After getting married in 2009 and moving back home to Philadelphia, she started a family which now includes two boys, Jacob (10) and Trevor (8) and a daughter, Scarlett (4). In 2016, she helped start CertaPro Painters of King of Prussia with her husband, John and currently manages the franchise P&L, Balance Sheet, forecasting and cash flow.
